The best way to receive a massage is to start out freshly showered within the last 3 hours. For your convenience, I always provide shower facilities and mouthwash on the premises if need be. While on the table, it works best to be undressed and/or draped with a towel or top sheet, but for men, this of course depends on your modesty level and what is most comfortable for you. Remember, the more relaxed you are during the massage, the better the outcome will be. It also works better to try to focus your attention on your breathing, and not to help me move your arms and legs at all during the massage. In other words, try to take on the posture of an overcooked spaghetti noodle. Just lie on the table, relax as much as possible, and let me do the work. You'll be glad you did! 

FAQS:  Is draping required?  No. I       would like for you to be as comfortable as possible.

"This is my first massage. I am a bit nervous"  Don't overthink it.  Just relax, enjoy and let nature take its course.

What should I do during the massage?

Stay as relaxed as possible! Don't help me by lifting your arms or gluts when I massage you. Just relax!
